If you don’t need a full advisory process but want access to the right buyers, our Guided Exit gives you a clear, low-friction route to market.
You stay in control of your own sale. We introduce you to serious, pre-screened buyers. You handle the rest.
This is for you if: You’re a solo or small firm, confident in running your own deal but want help getting in front of the right people with rails to run on. Please note we have a minimum annual revenue of £250K for this service.

Not every adviser is ready to sell their entire firm. And not every firm fits neatly into a standard exit path.
Our Specialist Services are designed for those in-between moments when you want to reduce complexity, offload a segment of your client bank, or get expert input to move your business forward.
Sell part of your client base — and keep control of the rest.
If you’re carrying households under £150K AUM that no longer fit your business model, a carve-out allows you to transfer those clients to a buyer who’s better set up to serve them — without selling your whole firm.
It’s a clean, asset-only transfer:
No staff. No premises. No Change in Control (although you will still need to notify the FCA!).
